Vista, so named because of its fabulous views of Javea, Mount Montgó and the inland hills, is the perfect villa for a family or families seeking spacious accommodation. Set in the exclusive Tosalet area, this high-quality and beautifully maintained villa has many personal and homely features that give it that extra special appeal. The upper level consists of the kitchen/utility area, lounge with dining area leading to the terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has doors to the terrace. On the ground floor is a fourth bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a games room. A recent addition for the comfort of guests in the summer months is air conditioning throughout. Also on this level is an additional room with two single beds. The pool area can be accessed by steps from the kitchen, the terrace, and from the games room. Around the pool there is plenty of space for lying in the sun or shade, and for barbecuing and dining. There are two supermarkets fairly close by.
